Ask for the schedule at the desk, please note that lesson times may vary depending on wind and tide conditions. The key to the entire experience is to have a great time, enjoy our wonderful ocean, and do so as safely as possible.

Beach instructions

This incredible adventure would start with basic one-on-one drills on the beach to get you to be more familiar with your equipment, and with the ocean.
All of our instructors are fully prepared water men ready to help you paddle and even drag you if its needed.

And off to the ocean!

After the main drills we would take you on the ocean to start testing your new acquire abilities, make sure we would be with you every step of the way and help you stand up and ride into sunset or sunrise as this are the most recommended times to practice this sport on the ocean to minimize the possibilities for wind.


WHAT DOES IT INCLUDE?

WHAT SHOULD I BRING? 

  • Swimwear
  • Water
  • Towel
  • Sunblock
  • water camera (optional-bring a float)

    DEPARTURE: Depends on tides and weather conditions

    DURATION: 1 hour 30 min, or  3 hours.


    **(1) Certain tour operators and shuttle companies require a minimum number of people to run the tour or transportation service. In the event that they do not meet this requirement, the tour will not be offered and we will work with you to book a different tour. (2) Tours may be canceled due to inclement weather, strikes, blocked roads, or any other reason beyond our control. (3) A client must cancel at least 24 hours in advance if they wish to cancel. (4) In the case of a cancellation by the tour operator, a refund will be offered to participating guests. (5) Selina is not responsible for any property or items lost during the tour. (6) For some tours / transportation / rental equipment, clients are required to sign a waiver at the Selina property.
